
The APM32F103RCT7 automotive-grade MCUs based on Arm® Cortex®-M3 core with integrated 256KB Flash, 64KB SRAM, and abundant storage to meet the demand of large-capacity cache for automotive applications. It provides "dual CAN" communication interface and complies with 2.0A and 2.0 specification, communication rates up to 1Mbit/s. It supports independent USB and CAN, which is suitable for a wide range of car terminals and helps customers to expand more automotive scenarios.
