&par Example Description

The program demonstrates how to use polling to send and receive data using USART.
In this example, USART1 and USART2 exchange data with each other. After each
transmission, data verification is performed. If the data transmission from 
USART1 to USART2 is successful, LED1 will turn on. Similarly, if the data 
transmission from USART2 to USART1 is successful, LED2 will turn on.

USART1_TX(PD15) ----> USART2_RX(PC12)
USART1_RX(PD12) ----> USART2_TX(PD0)

  - USART1 and USART2 configured as follow:
  - BaudRate = 115200
  - Word Length = USART_WordLength_8b
  - Stop Bit = USART_StopBits_1
  - Parity = USART_Parity_No
  - Hardware flow control disabled (RTS and CTS signals)
  - Receive and transmit enabled
