Core Components

Wireless charging contains a transmitter and receiver. MCU is one of the core components to control the voltage and current of an induction coil, adjust inverter parameters, reduce coil coupling loss and ensure normal operation of wireless charging.

APM32F003 Wireless Charging Solution

Geehy industrial-grade general-purpose APM32F003 series MCU has the characteristics of large capacity, wide temperature ranges, and high precision. By integrating enhanced real-time control capability and rich peripheral resource allocation, more complex and advanced product functions can be obtained at a more economical development cost, which can effectively meet the small-volume and low-power embedded application requirements of wireless charging.

Better System Performance Than Similar Products

Based on the Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core, the operating dominant frequency is 48MHz, the power supply voltage is 2.0V~5.5V, and the ESD level is 8KV. It provides on-board storage of up to 32Kbytes Flash and 4Kbytes SRAM. It can reasonably cope with the resource consumption caused by wireless charging when running a complete wireless protocol stack and support the development of more additional functions. The chip has a highly compact 3 x 3mm miniaturized package QFN20, which is conducive to improving the system integration of wireless charging and meets the requirements of a small PCB.

Support Diverse Communication Needs

A 4-way timer is integrated. It can output a PWM pulse control signal to the full-bridge driver chip to drive the MOS tube to convert the level and amplify the power. 12-bit ADC, 8 external channels are integrated. It supports differential input, and the performance of ADC clock accuracy at a high temperature can be comparable with that of similar imported products. 3-way UART, 1-way SPI, and 1-way I2C are integrated and can comprehensively improve the diversified control and communication requirements of wireless charging.

Enhance Product Flexibility

The temperature range is -40~+105℃. It has strong temperature adaptability and can meet the stable operation of wireless charging at different temperatures. The HSI internal high-speed oscillator is integrated, with the accuracy within ± 3% in the full range, which helps to maximize product flexibility in the limited layout space of wireless charging.
