The G32A1425 series of streamlined, high-efficiency automotive general-purpose MCUs precisely combines 256KB Flash with 32KB SRAM in an optimal memory configuration. Powered by the Arm® Cortex®-M4F core and featuring an integrated FPU floating-point unit, it operates at a maximum clock speed of 112MHz.
