G32R502 Series

The G32R502 real-time MCU/DSP series combines a high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M52 core, a single-precision FPU, and operating speeds up to 200MHz. It accelerates edge AI and vector processing with Arm Helium™ technology and proprietary Zidian math instruction extension. The series delivers efficient computing, sensitive signal detection, and precise real-time control. With an operating temperature range of −40°C to 105°C/125°C, it is ideal for PV optimizers, microinverters, VFDs, and power modules used in communications equipment, servers, and DC charging stations.
