G32M3122/3114/3115 Series

Built on the high-performance G32F031 architecture, the G32M3122/3114/3115 motor control SoC series is a new generation of motor control MCUs. It features a Cortex-M0+ core running at up to 64MHz, with 64KB Flash and 8KB SRAM. The series integrates a gate driver, an LDO, and built-in MULT, DIV, and CRC accelerators. It also includes a high-speed 2MSPS ADC, operational amplifiers, comparators, and SPI, I2C, and U(S)ART interfaces, supporting applications ranging from portable devices to industrial motor drives.
