GHD144xT

It is a medium-voltage, high-speed single-phase gate driver for bridge topologies using dual N-channel VDMOS or IGBTs. It integrates a bootstrap diode, 230ns deadband time, VCC/VBS undervoltage protection, and shoot-through prevention, with input-controlled high-/low-side outputs. The SOP8 package supports compact designs for garden tools, power tools, cleaning equipment, and e-mobility.
