To meet the demanding performance needs of industrial control and energy management in the era of Industry 4.0, Geehy introduces the APM32F425/427 series high-performance MCUs. With advances in computing power, ADC performance, Flash efficiency, and communication interfaces, the series enhances the capabilities of the Arm® Cortex®-M4F core for complex industrial applications such as servo drives, PLCs, photovoltaic storage, power systems, drones, and robotics.
Built on embedded Flash (eFlash) technology and powered by an Arm® Cortex®-M4F core, the APM32F425/427 series supports up to 1MB of eFlash. The APM32F427 series integrates 448KB+4KB SRAM, while the APM32F425 series supports 256KB zero-wait Flash and integrates 192KB+4KB SRAM. The entire series runs at up to 240MHz across the full industrial temperature range.
Equipped with an upgraded Flash Access Control Controller (FACC), the APM32F427 series delivers superior computing and code execution performance. At 240MHz, it achieves 777 CoreMark (3.24 CoreMark/MHz) with non-zero wait-state Flash and 796 CoreMark (3.32 CoreMark/MHz) with zero wait-state Flash.
This ensures the APM32F425/427 series meets demanding requirements for processing power, memory, and high-speed interfaces.

Key Features of the APM32F425/427 High-Performance MCUs
Integrated high-noise immunity, high-precision ADC with up to 4 Msps sampling rate and hardware oversampling for improved accuracy. Includes DAC and other high-performance analog units, plus high-speed interfaces: Ethernet, CAN, USART, SPI, QSPI, USB OTG, and enhanced EMMC for external storage or FPGA expansion.
Operates across a wide temperature range of -40 ℃ to +105 ℃, meeting industrial-grade standards. Features enhanced ESD protection (HBM 4 kV/CDM 1 kV) and supports 1.8–3.6 V supply voltage, with power-on, power-down, and brown-out reset, plus a programmable voltage detector.
