The T-BOX is a cutting-edge in-vehicle terminal that combines communication, computing, and control capabilities, enabling seamless data exchange between vehicles, the cloud, and mobile networks. It connects vehicles with their environment, supporting essential functions such as vehicle positioning, onboard communication, remote control, diagnostics, data transmission, and emergency calls. This comprehensive feature set enhances vehicle management and services. As the smart vehicle industry expands, the T-BOX market is growing rapidly in volume, price, and feature complexity, particularly in China, the largest market for new energy vehicles.
To meet the demands of enhanced functionality, security, and rapid deployment, Geehy introduces the G32A1445-based T-BOX solution. This solution leverages advanced hardware and software to help developers create efficient, stable, and feature-rich systems. It processes real-time data from various ECUs (Electronic Control Units), ensuring secure data transmission and seamless integration with backend systems and vehicle monitoring platforms. Key applications include real-time communication, system monitoring, remote upgrades, and precise positioning.
G32A1445 T-BOX Solution
At the core of the solution is the G32A1445 MCU, which manages all system interactions. It connects to the Body Control Module (BCM) and other ECUs through the CAN bus and communicates with 4G, BLE, and positioning modules via UART. The MCU processes control commands, collects vehicle status data from the CAN bus, and transmits real-time updates to the backend system, ensuring safe and reliable vehicle operation. Power is supplied through two channels: one from the vehicle’s system and another from a 600mAh battery. The G32A1445 also utilizes an external EEPROM, connected via SPI, for storing key parameters. It ensures real-time data uploads by transmitting collected data from the CAN interface to the 4G module or BLE via UART.
