Geehy has officially launched the G32M3101 series of high-performance, cost-effective, and highly integrated motor control SoCs. The series adopts a single-chip “MCU + LDO + Gate Driver” three-in-one architecture, effectively reducing system cost and PCB area while improving overall efficiency and reliability.

The G32M3101 series delivers strong computing capability and fast processing speed, supports diverse analog and communication functions, and integrates comprehensive peripheral interfaces to enhance motor drive performance. It is well-suited for low-voltage ceiling fans, pedestal fans, air purifiers, low-voltage water pumps, massage guns, and more.
High-Integration Design Enhances System Efficiency and Reliability
The G32M3101 series is based on an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core operating at up to 64MHz, featuring 64KB of Flash and 8KB of SRAM, which provides efficient processing for motor control tasks. An integrated DIV/MULT arithmetic accelerator supports efficient implementation of sensored and sensorless FOC algorithms. The device integrates a 40V 3P+3N gate driver with built-in 240ns deadband time, undervoltage protection, shoot-through protection, and other safety mechanisms to ensure stable operation. A high-precision on-chip 5V/60mA LDO (±0.5%) powers the internal MCU, eliminating the need for an external power supply.
Rich Peripherals Enable Efficient Communication
The G32M3101 series integrates a 12-bit high-precision ADC (up to 2MSPS, with segmented sampling and DMA support), a high-accuracy on-chip temperature sensor (±5 °C), two rail-to-rail OP-AMPs, and two programmable analog comparators with external interrupt wake-up capability. It also provides two UART interfaces with LIN support and one high-speed SPI interface with data rates of up to 16–18 Mbps, meeting a wide range of control and communication requirements.

The operating temperature range is −40 °C to +85 °C, with a VBB operating voltage range of 5V to 36V. The device includes one 16-bit advanced timer supporting up to eight PWM channels with dead-time insertion and brake input, one 32-bit general-purpose timer, one 16-bit basic timer, one 16-bit low-power timer, two watchdog timers, and one SysTick timer.
Comprehensive Motor Ecosystem Accelerates Mass Production
Geehy provides a complete motor control ecosystem, including self-developed core motor control algorithms and an open motor control platform. End-to-end support is available across the application, middleware, device, and hardware layers, backed by an experienced motor control engineering team to accelerate product development and mass production.
Along with the product launch, Geehy has introduced the G32M3101 motor control evaluation board. The board supports 12V to 30V DC input and motor control applications up to 60W, enabling rapid solution development and validation. It helps users quickly familiarize themselves with Geehy devices and supports algorithm development, porting, and testing.

The Geehy G32M3101 series is available in LQFP32, QFN32, SSOP28, and SSOP24 packages. Datasheets, user manuals, application notes, development board details, and complete hardware and software documentation are available on the Geehy official website (geehy.com).
