To meet these needs, Geehy has launched the G32F031, the first motor control MCU in its new G32F0 platform, bringing the motor industry a more efficient, versatile, and cost-effective motor controller chip solution.



Geehy G32F0 Platform Redefines Motor Control MCUs

The G32F0 platform is designed from the ground up around real customer application needs, with breakthroughs at the underlying architecture level. It improves system performance, computing power, and peripheral integration. With an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core, built-in algorithm accelerators, and Flash access acceleration, the platform provides strong support for FOC vector control. It also helps simplify hardware design, and lower overall system cost.



Built-In Algorithm for Precise FOC Control

As the first MCU in the G32F0 motor control platform, the G32F031 offers strong performance and wide adaptability. It runs at 64MHz, supports a 1.8V–5.5V supply voltage range, and integrates 64KB Flash and 8KB SRAM. Built-in MULT/DIV/CRC acceleration units support fast and efficient sensored and sensorless FOC vector control, greatly improving computing efficiency compared with standard MCUs.

Precise Sensing & Efficient Connectivity

for Signal Processing and Communication

The G32F031 integrates a complete analog signal processing system. It can handle high-bandwidth and high-slew-rate signals without external chips, helping the system better detect and monitor motor operating conditions.

High-precision ADC

One 12-bit ADC with a maximum sampling rate of 2 MSPS.

 It supports 8 independent result registers, 3-segment sampling, 

and configurable sampling time for each channel, enabling fast analog signal capture.

Hard-core Op-Amp PGA

Two rail-to-rail operational amplifiers (Op-Amps) with a slew rate up to 16V/μs, 

suitable for single-shunt and high-current applications. They support 1–16 gain options, 

differential input, and four internal bias options: VDDA/2, VDDA/4, BG, and BG/4.

Clearly differentiated comparators

Four programmable analog comparators (COMPs). One is used for overcurrent protection 

with digital filtering and internal cascading, while three are used for square-wave zero-crossing detection 

with a built-in midpoint network and configurable hysteresis.

Temperature sensor

±5°C accuracy. It supports temperature monitoring through the internal ADC, 

with no external thermistor required.

The G32F031 also includes multiple communication interfaces: 1× SPI up to 16 Mbps, 1× I2C, 1× USART, and 1× UART with LIN support. These interfaces support reliable data transfer and flexible system expansion.


Flexible Control with an Advanced Timer Network

The G32F031 integrates rich timer resources and supports single-shunt sensorless FOC control, helping reduce hardware cost and improve motor control flexibility.

1× 16-bit advanced timer

Supports four pairs of complementary 8-channel PWM outputs, 

dead-band generation, brake input, and multiple ADC triggers per cycle.

 It is suitable for high-precision speed control of BLDC and stepper motors.

1× 32-bit general-purpose timer

Provides four independent channels for more accurate pulse capture 

by eliminating bottlenecks in the signal chain.

2× 16-bit basic timers

Flexibly handle PWM output and basic PWM capture.

 16-bit low-power timer

Enables low-power wake-up and timeout management.

 2× watchdog timers 

1× 24-bit SysTick timer

Provides safety protection to help prevent motor runaway caused 

by software faults.



Compact Design, Small Package with Strong Performance

The G32F031 is available in six package options: LQFP32, QFN32/24/20, SSOP28, and SSOP24, which can significantly reduce peripheral components, These compact packages are ideal for space-limited PCB designs. With high integration, optimize PCB area, and perfectly adapt to compact PCB designs, and helps customers add more functions at lower cost.

Complete Ecosystem to Speed Up Mass Production

The G32F031 comes with a full ecosystem motor software and hardware development suite. It includes a Micro evaluation board, low-voltage and high-voltage motor evaluation boards, and reference designs for high-speed hair dryers, high speed blender, drone ESCs, vacuum cleaners, and power tools. With Geehy’s proprietary motor control algorithm platform, engineers can quickly test product functions without building a hardware setup from scratch.

The new Geehy G32F0 motor control MCU platform includes four product lines. It covers core frequencies from 48MHz to 72MHz and memory capacities from 24KB to 128KB. With different peripheral configurations across models, the platform can meet a wide range of motor application needs. More products will be released in Q3 and Q4.
