Their integrated architecture simplifies peripheral circuit design, helping customers develop cost-effective, reliable, and efficient motor control products.
Powerful Core for Greater Computing Efficiency
The G32M3122/3114/3115 series builds on the performance architecture of Geehy’s new-generation G32F031 motor control MCU. Featuring an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core, integrated gate driver, and LDO, the series enhances system capabilities, computing performance, and peripheral configuration. It streamlines motor system development, reduces overall costs, improves efficiency, and supports evolving industry requirements.
All devices in the series operate at 64MHz and feature 64KB of Flash and 8KB of SRAM, providing ample computing power for motor control applications. Built-in DIV, MULT, and CRC accelerators enable low-latency, efficient sensored and sensorless field-oriented control.

Each device in the G32M3122/3114/3115 series integrates a gate driver for a specific voltage and power class, supporting applications ranging from portable devices to industrial motor drives.

The G32M3122/3114/3115 series provides extensive on-chip resources for closed-loop current, voltage, and temperature acquisition and processing without external chips. This reduces BOM costs while enabling fast, precise analog signal acquisition and control:
• One high-precision 12-bit ADC with a maximum sampling rate of 1.78MSPS
Up to 8+2 external channels and five internal channels
• Two rail-to-rail operational amplifiers supporting differential input and 1×–16× programmable internal or external gain
• Four programmable analog comparators
• One temperature sensor with ±5°C accuracy

The series also integrates multiple high-speed communication interfaces, including one SPI supporting up to 16Mbps, one I2C, one USART, and one UART with LIN support. These interfaces meet diverse communication and expansion requirements while ensuring efficient, reliable data transmission between devices.
Rich Timer Matrix for High-Performance Motor Control
The new series integrates extensive timer resources and comprehensive protection features. These provide multiple layers of system protection and help prevent motor runaway caused by software faults:
• One 16-bit advanced timer with eight PWM outputs arranged as four complementary pairs, dead-time generation, and brake input support
• One 32-bit general-purpose timer with four independent channels
• One 16-bit low-power timer for precise, efficient motor control and flexible system wake-up management
• Two 16-bit basic timers
• Two watchdog timers
• One 24-bit SysTick timer

The G32M3122/3114/3115 series is available in QFN40, LQFP32/48, and SSOP28/24 packages, providing flexibility for different PCB layouts and space requirements.
