Geehy has officially launched the GHD3450, a 200V three-phase dual N-channel motor gate driver. With a built-in bootstrap diode and two package options, TSSOP20 and QFN24, it helps simplify the design of compact motor drive systems.

Medium-Voltage High-Speed Gate Driver IC
Supporting a 5.5V–20V supply range, 3.3V/5V logic input compatibility, and a +200V floating offset voltage, it is well suited for a wide range of DC brushless and brushed motor applications.

High-Speed Switching Capability
It delivers a peak source current of 2.0A @15V with a 20ns fall time under a 3.3nF load, and a peak sink current of 2.7A @15V with a 35ns rise time under a 3.3nF load, helping reduce switching losses in power devices.

Multiple Protection Mechanisms
It supports VCC/VBS undervoltage lockout, shoot-through prevention, and a built-in minimum dead time of 220ns to help protect power devices and ensure stable operation. Integrated input/output pull-down resistors further enhance driving stability.

High-Precision Dynamic Response
Matched propagation delay between the high-side and low-side channels helps prevent bridge shoot-through and improve system efficiency and reliability. In-phase input and output preserve PWM signal integrity for more accurate control, while strong dv/dt noise immunity improves resistance to interference.
