High-performance fans are rapidly evolving toward higher speeds, greater airflow, lighter designs, longer battery life, lower noise, and improved safety. Traditional enclosed motor-control ICs with application-specific functions can no longer meet these demands because they offer limited tuning flexibility and may face supply-chain risks.
To meet the key requirements of high-performance fans, including smooth startup, low noise, and compact design, Geehy has introduced two reference designs:
• G32F031 Low-Voltage Single-Cell Sensorless Trapezoidal High-Speed Fan Solution
• G32M3101 Low-Voltage 2S/4S Sensorless Trapezoidal High-Speed Fan Solution
Both solutions deliver high speed, strong air pressure, low noise, stable speed control, and smooth startup and shutdown. Their highly integrated hardware can reduce overall BOM costs by 20%–30%. Combined with Geehy’s self-developed motor-control algorithm platform, these solutions can shorten development cycles and accelerate time to market.
