The G32A1465 series, built on 40nm process technology with an Arm® Cortex®-M4F core operating at 112MHz, offers high-speed processing, enhanced storage, and extensive peripherals. It complies with AEC-Q100 and ISO 26262 ASIL-B standards and operates in temperatures ranging from −40℃ to +125℃. As an upgrade from the G32A1445 series, the G32A1465 series is suitable for BMU, BCM, T-BOX, OBC, smart cockpits, seat controllers, central control screens, electric tailgates, body domain controllers, dashboards, lighting control, remote window control, smart seats, reversing radar, and other automotive applications.
